Ingredients for the Trifle :
- Sherry
-Cream100 ml (double cream)
-Victoria sandwich cake or 8 trrfle sponges
-Custard (1 pint)
- Flaked Almonds, toasted (to decorate)
-Glace' cherries 50g(to decorate)
-Raspberries 175 g.

Method :
- - Dice the sponge cake into small cubes
- -Put the cake and raspberries into a glass bowl and
- pour some sherry liquid over them.
- - Spoon the custard into the bowl and smooth it.
- - Layer the double cream on the top .
- -Decorate the Trifle with Glace' cherries, toasted almonds and cream (optional).
- - Chill the Trifle in the fridge before serving.
